A repeat customer - this is my second visit for my large 5th wheel over the years to get Continental truck tires installed on dual axels. The service is great. The front office folks are friendly and professional, the technicians are second to none and very knowledgeable, they have fair pricing and the management team is very responsive. Highly recommend them if you have big rigs.

Wow, phenomenal customer service! I had a small tires on a piece of equipment that were constantly leaking air. I called about this and spoke with the manager. He told me he’d look into it and call me back. It was such a small job. I was sure I would not hear back, but I did from him the next day and they were able to seal the tire and fix the problem. I spoke with the guys in the shop and they really knew what they were doing.

This place is a gem; I went in to get a trailer tire replaced. As soon as I arrived Alfredo who's road service truck was in the shop instantly got the ball rolling got the truck & trailer in place and set things up. Juan changed the bad inside trailer tire so fast the PO # hadn't arrived before the jack was put away! This high quality respectful workmanship is a little to rare these days unfortunately. The woman behind the counter Becca had everything completely processed in short order as well! This is great service! I would highly recommend this tire shop. Time is money 💰 Also time is precious!

McCarthy Tire Service (previously Piedmont Truck Tires) has been a very welcomed and reliable source for outstanding customer service and repair for our class A RV (2016 Entegra Coach) in the Central North Carolina area. From ease of booking appointments to the follow through of techs getting to work on the vehicle at the appointment time, this business is a refreshing change in the normal modes of operation at truck service centers in this area. Becca at the front is kind and incredibly knowledgeable with the intention of helping solve the problem instead of upselling me on various parts. Raymond was so helpful and patient. He is the brake/air/suspension tech. He spent a ton of time with me and also on the phone with the service support team for my chassis to help find a solution and repair my coach. Many service centers will not touch or service a class A diesel RV but at McCarthy, I've felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Great hourly price for service work with no upcharge for "specialty vehicle ". They also have multiple options for sourcing either OEM parts or similar. I highly recommend!
